Returns Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  
  

• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item has been received and approved.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
